The Scholarship

A Scholarship for up to $5,000 will be awarded to full-time students who have been accepted to an accredited specialized high school or four-year college, university or equivalent (culinary school, for example).

The scholarship will be paid directly to the institution of higher learning. All who meet the requirements below are invited to apply.

Scholarship recipients will receive notice of their award by phone call of the school year prior to when the scholarship will commence.

Scholarship Application Requirements:

•Acceptance to an accredited specialized high school four-year college, university or equivalent

•Essay as to why you should be considered

•G.P.A. of 3.75 or higher

•Involvement in extra-curricular activities

•Completion of full application

Mission Statement

To provide financial assistance to exemplary students through scholarships to students that would otherwise not have the financial means to fulfil there educational goals. The Elias G. Liakaris Scholarship Foundation is committed to help mold our youths into sound citizens, people of character and integrity by encouraging them to strive for educational excellence. The Scholarship Foundation  is also committed to further the ability of students identified as gifted or talented that do not have the resources to support continued development.
